Little Gem Culinary has been an evolution of my journey as a chef, from California to Italy and now settled here in the Queen City.

I have worked in many different environments, from catering with my uncle’s BBQ restaurant, to learning all about different aspects of food service in line cook and management positions at restaurants in the Los Angeles area.

After years in the restaurant lifestyle in California, I also ran my own business (Souperhero!) and moved into the private chef/catering world.

Since moving to Cincinnati, I have been crafting Little Gem to be constantly evolving, for different styles of service and based on the season. My goal is to make fresh, flavorful food for people who love creativity in their dining experience. 

I have cooked many different styles, from French techniques to California-style cuisine. While every chef has their favorite flavor profiles, I thrive on variety and the opportunity to flex my repertoire. Together, we can dream up a menu that is creative, delicious and tailored to you.
